Born from 2 college friends who reconnected

the G&A Collective was founded to create inclusive, sacred
spaces where professionals can reconnect with
themselves and their communities.

self-expression, with a special emphasis on empowering
Women of Color.
As an umbrella brand, G&A Collective encompasses
diverse retreat formats—from signature wellness
experiences like Radiant Rest to co-ed and adventure-
based offerings—all rooted in transformation,
community, and holistic well-being.
